Coach Dave Niland earned his 600th career win on February 27, 2026, in a 75-55 win vs. Hilbert College. The ‘25-’26 Lions finished their season with a 20-8 overall record & a 14-2 AMCC record. Penn State Behrend won the AMCC men's basketball tournament for the 2025-26 season.
The Lions secured their seventh overall conference title with a 66-61 victory over Pitt-Greensburg on February 28, 2026. This win also earned the program its ninth NCAA Tournament bid.
