Coach Chad Bailey is a rising coaching star in the great state of Virginia. Coach has been rebuilt several programs & is now teaching Government classes & is the head boys’ basketball coach at his alma mater, Holston High School. Coach Bailey went into great detail showing us the methods behind his “Play Fast & Play for Lay-Ups” philosophy.
